Umag is a well known destination in tennis world: except for the world known ATP Tour, Umag hosts the ITF Tour – Group 1 (up to 18 years of age) and ITF Tour – Group 2 (up to 14 years of age). Thanks to these tournaments, Umag became an unavoidable station in the development of a tennis professional of the European, or even world rank.
Tennis is not only played during the grand tournaments in Umag. Umag also has more than sixty clay courts: they are all situated in excellent locations, at the seaside and in close vicinity of accommodation facilities, where, surrounded by pine-woods, at peace and united with nature, the guests can surrender themselves completely to the charms of tennis.
