1) Istraturist Umag d.d. announces the online photographical competition UMAG PHOTOKLIK III on the subject: «Camping in Umag»
The Competition is intended for all those who stayed in Umag and had taken photos on the given theme. In the competition do not enter photos outside the subject or with an inappropriate subject. Awards will be assigned to the authors of the best photos. The Competition and its conditions are announced on the Internet sites www.istracamping.com and www.istraturist.com - link Umag Photoklik
2) Basic requirements:
- The Competition is opened from 20/09/07 until 01/09/08. The Competition is of open character, every participant can send an unlimited number of photos on the given theme. The photos must be digital in .jpg format of minimal resolution 300 dpi and minimal size 9X13cm or slides (35 mm)
- The photos are to be send by e-mail to
photoklik@istraturist.hr or by ordinary mail to the address Istraturist Umag d.d ; Jadranska 66, Department of marketing and sales, 52470 Umag, with the annotation: “For the competition Umag Photoklik” until September 1st, 2008.
- The photos must be unpublished before, original and exclusive ownership of the sender. With the photos, the competitors must deliver their personal data (name and surname, address or e-mail, phone number), title of the photos, the date when it has been taken and the location. The registration without any of the given elements will not be taken into further selection
- The photos will not be returned to the authors, and the ones with inadequate requirements will not be taken into further selection. The Organizer does is not responsible for lost or damaged photos.
- Sending the photos to the competition, the author gives the photos to Istraturist Umag d.d., who may use them in its own promotional purposes without any additional approval of the author
3) All the photos arrived before 01/09/08 will be published on the web sites www.istracamping.com and www.istraturist.com - link Umag photoklik
4) After the Competition is closed, the expert commission of Istraturist Umag d.d. and Sol Melia Croatia d.o.o. will select the best works. On the web sites www.istracamping.com and www.istraturist.com link Umag photoklik will remain visible only the chosen photos and those will enter in the system for online voting. The Visitors of our web site can vote the published photos in the period from 01/09/08 till 01/10/08.
5) Each voter may vote only once.
6) After the quoted deadline, the jury, considering the votes of the audience, announces the three photos winners of the Competition. Istraturist has the right to perform an additional analysis of the received votes and to delete the irregular ones.
7) Awards:
First prize: Amount of 5000 kunas
Second prize: weekend in Umag in a hotel with 4 stars for 2 persons + the entry to the wellness centre
Third prize: weekend in Umag in a hotel with 4 stars for 2 persons
8) The winners of the Competition will be contacted by Istraturist and informed about the won prize. Istraturist will award the winners with a prize which can not be changed for money or any other prize. The winners of a weekend in Umag can use their prize between October 1st, 2008 and December 25th, 2008. The winners can cede their prize to someone else only by presenting a verified written document. All the awarded give their consent to announce their names at the announcement of the winners, and for possible needs of the Department of marketing of Istraturist Umag d.d.
9) After the takeover of the award, end all further commitments of Istraturist Umag d.d. towards the winner.
10) Participating in this Competition, every participant accepts the rights and commitments stated in these rules.
