Terms and conditions
1. Guest must have a confirmed reservation made through istraturist.com made at the lowest rate offered by www.istraturist.com and have the corresponding booking confirmation reference number.
2. Competing rate must be able to be booked online in the other web site under the same conditions as those in istraturist.com and specifically that the booking must be able to be made online and in real time with immediate booking confirmation. This rate must be able to be booked for the same hotel, for the same room type and bed type, and for the same dates, number of guests and the same currency. The guarantee does not apply to priceline.com, hotwire.com, nor any of its subsidiaries nor similar websites. Neither does the guarantee apply to online bookings made through any other websites in which the name of the hotel being booked is not provided to the user as a matter of course in the booking process.
3. Guarantee does not apply in cases where there are errors in the loading or publication of the prices of Sol Meliá hotels in the other website.
4. Guarantee applies to a competing rate with rate limitations (cancellation policies, deposit requirement, etc.) that are the same or substantially similar to the rate limitations of the rate booked on istraturist.com
5. Guarantee does not apply to unpublished or confidential rates, rates involving a prepaid voucher program, hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package with other services, corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates, etc.
6. The guarantee applies to the final price to be paid for the full stay, including any service charges, taxes, management fees, handling fees or other charges.
7. The guarantee applies to the total price to be paid for the full stay, not to the price of one or several of the days included in that stay.
8. The guarantee will not be applied when prices differ by only a decimal amount due to the effects of rounding (for example, when comparing a price of € 120.40 with € 120.80). The guarantee will only be applicable when the price not including decimals is different (for example, when comparing a price of € 120.40 with € 122.80).
9. The number of MaS points to be awarded to members will be based on the rate actually paid by the guest at check-out.
10. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after making the original reservation through istraturist.com
